This Guided EFT Tapping Session (also located in External Resources) will guide you into an efficient and effective tapping sequence to release any sense of overwhelm or stress and help you regain your balance and confidence. Try it out! You can pause the session when needed to give yourself time to reflect. 🧘

The EFT Steps and Sequence Worksheets explain the three steps of applying the Emotional Freedom Technique to yourself and show you where the tapping points are.Β We encourage you to print out these documents and put them on a wall in front of you so you remember to apply EFT πŸ“„
