Using the Build the Right Strategy Worksheet attached below, build the right strategy for your business with the What to Sell, To Whom to Sell, and How to Sell (Go-to-Market Strategy) sections, while identifying the right profile of the channel.

Example: What would be the ideal profile of the account executive (if direct channel) or the ideal profile of the distributor (if indirect channel)?
