The idea of this module is to discuss the subject of impact and then give some tools to start assessing one's impact. Prior to discuss impact measurement, we need to first agree on the global environmental situation, and this is what we will discuss in this first video. We will take this opportunity to introduce the concept of system thinking and see the three dimensions of a business.
