🌻 Step back and look at your own business model from a different point of view
Scenario:
Imagine you are approached by a scout from an innovation intermediary which runs a CSC program for a big corporate client.
Try on the below thinking hats and look at your own business model from different perspectives.
Green Hat: Judge the risk in your business model from the point of view of a technical expert at the potential corporate client.
Blue Hat: Judge the risk in your own business model from the point of view of a commercial expert at the potential corporate client.
Red Hat: Judge the risk in your business model from the point of view of future investors.
Based on this exercise, how can your business model become more attractive to the different perspectives?
