It's time to make some structural changes:

  • Read the "Setting HR Policies" document attached below. Based on the six general categories, identify one or two that are your organization's top HR priorities. Add these notes in on your HR Roadmap!

  • Choose one type of policy. Search here for a template that fits your needs and modify it to create your own policy in Google Docs. Remember, Copy/Paste is your friend 😊

  • In the next activity, you will create a Job Description from a template.
