  • Use the Job Description (JD) template attached below to prepare one job description for a potential upcoming position at your company. Discuss it with your team members and save it as a template for future job postings. You can also find a large number of pre-filled JDs at this link - you can use them to craft your own.

  • Do a role-play exercise with your team members to refine your interview techniques (competency-based, STAR techniques) introduced in this activity's video. Use the Candidate Scorecard document attached below.
