Apply your knowledge!

In this Action, you will examine organizations and initiatives in your ecosystem whose goals and objectives may align with your accelerator.

1. First, list your key programmatic outcomes as defined by your KPIs or OKRs, and the indicators that support these outcomes.

2. Thinking about your community, list both the initiatives (i.e. a startup program for women founders, or a program to encourage STEM education) and the organizations (i.e. other accelerators, incubators, universities, and government agencies) whose own goals and outcomes align with your programs.

This list will be the starting point for future advocacy efforts, so make it as comprehensive as you can. This is a brainstorming exercise 🧠 Involve your team in the process!
