🎓 Training Activity 3: Highly Performing Team Dynamics & Development

Welcome!

Welcome to the final 🎓 Training Activity with Christine Francis! This activity will help you understand the different stages of team culture and the role of a strong team culture in achieving your goals 🏆

👫 A highly performing team is a group of people who work together harmoniously to achieve an outcome much bigger than the number of people on the team if they were to work individually. Direction is key to clarity, alignment is what makes the team coherent, and commitment is what ensures success. The diversity of the team members is important when it comes to thinking, skills sets, expertise, and points of view. Diversity fuels innovation, but values and cultural fit are key components of a successful enterprise.

As you watch the video, consider these questions:

🌻 What are the four stages of the Tuckman Team Development Model?

🌻 What are the communication and strength profiles of your team?

🌻 What will it look like when your team starts "performing?"

Let's get started!

  3. What is the plan to execute or achieve your vision? - The How!

  4. What is the timeline, the phases, etc.? - The When!

Briefly reflect on each of these points, then continue onto the Worksheet linked below.
