By the end of this activity, you will have a better understanding of your customer's experience, and what points you can improve in their journey πŸ’‘

Apply your knowledge!

Use Mural to make a user journey map from the point of view of your customers. Which steps do they take? What are they thinking and feeling?

The attached example is a good reference, but your customers' journey could look completely different! Don't be afraid to be creative πŸ§‘β€πŸŽ¨
