KPIs are often built around outcomes as they relate to different stakeholder groups. Identify KPIs for the four key groups: entrepreneurs, stakeholders, funders, and staff. 🀝

Fill these KPIs in the second tab, "Relationship KPIs" of the attached worksheet considering the following questions:

🎯What is your initial KPI? Fill in the "Objective/KPI" field

🎯Do you have any internal data to benchmark this KPI? Fill this data in the "Known Data" field

🎯If so, what is the benchmark? If not, look at other relevant data points. Fill this in the "Benchmark" field

🎯What is your KPI goal? Fill it in the "Goal" field
