Now it is time to use the GAP Analysis Template to identify your future goals for your Employment Retention Strategy based on the videos completed and map it with your current company state.

This worksheet will continue with the Gap Analysis path and will take you through the steps of identifying your current state and setting SMART KPIs to measure your contributions.
