In this activity, we invite you to conduct a Stay interview using the Excel sheet provided for a minimum of 5 of your employees. Please fill it out first yourself, based on your feel own perception of the workplace, and then, complete the Stay interview with your team members.

The worksheet will take you through the right steps of conducting a Stay Interview with your team members. It will give you some tips on how to increase its effectiveness.
