Welcome to the first Training Activity of the Customer Discovery and Validation module. In this video, Orfeuo focuses on two key topics:

🌻 The riskiest assumptions for a business to make

Understanding these two concepts will give you a solid foundation for creating your business's scaling strategy 🌳

Apply your knowledge!

Use the attached Assumption Card Template to write down three riskiest assumptions related to your business, and score them on uncertainty and impact. Try using Mural, the free online whiteboard tool that Orfeuo used in his presentation. (Miro is an alternative that we like to use here at Bloom.)
