Every business has its own fingerprint; don't hesitate to add, adapt, or change some parts of the checklist to fit your needs better.
Create a HR Roadmap for your company! Use either Google Drawing or good ol' pen and paper, map out your path to a strong HR backbone. Here is a general example. Get creative! Use colors, draw lines, and add pictures and emojis that represent your HR goals!
