After completing the Stay Interview with the team, it is time to look at the results and compare them with your desired vision of the company. For that, as part of the upcoming three assignments, you will be required to fill the Gap Analysis Template, but it is suggested to finish the third video before proceeding to start with it.

Gap analysis is a great strategic analysis tool that will give you a broad framework for defining not just where you are today, but more important where you want to be. Use the worksheet to learn how to conduct a Gap analysis for your organization using the Stay Interview results.
