Now you have gone very far in understanding how to develop a sustainability plan that will help you in the long term diversify your revenue streams and make it possible for your accelerator to become an independent and sustainable organization.
One last step remaining is validation.
This activity discusses a validation methodology to ensure that your chosen path has the highest chance of success.
